Ridiculous. Very poor customer service! I emailed customer service- never got a response. I submitted the customer service form online- never got a response. I sent multiple were switches to their WhatsApp number, waited several days, followed up several times, then they finally responded. I needed a couple tops for HAJJ. they said the soonest they can *ship* would be in FOUR WEEKS. Reading the reviews here, it’s clear that most likely they wouldn’t have even shipped out in four weeks. This is an absolute joke to wait a month ++ to get an order! I even asked for them to make an exception since I need this for hajj, and I asked them to please try to send it out sooner, they said no. IT’S UNFORTUNATE WHEN YOU WANT TO SUPPORT MUSLIM BUSINESSES, **** BUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISGRACEFUL ****!!
