These boots were too narrow for my feet, not a problem I thought I’ll return them. The returns process is way too complicated! Apparently I was supposed to have paid £1 when I ordered them to include a returns label. This I hadn’t done and ended up having to buy it through the website plus £2.50 for postage. This I eventually managed but then the label would not download for me to print, this involved a further delay whilst I corresponded with the company to resend me a returns label, which I did, but this was accompanied by an explanation of what I should have done! Just be wary of returns to this company. I am not impressed, why can’t they just put £1 on the cost of everything and include a returns label in your parcel??😡
