Dreadful firm wish I had never ordered from them!! Despite paying for 48 hour tracked delivery never got the shoes..they have been in Royal Mail deposit since 4th December (Should have been delivered on the 1st December) Sent a message via whatsapp explaining that they were for a present and I had had to buy from an alternative supplier..got an automatic response saying "please be patient" not much point when not delivered
