The product I bought is as expected. Shipping is very high. Though I tried to request for a cheaper shipping mode, my request was not considered at all. I also requested that the item be shipped as a gift with a lower price mentioned, but I was categorically refused and the result was that I had to pay USD10/- approx. to the customs when the item arrived. Of note all other items I have purchased- expensive watches, shoes, car kits, camera, etc - when I have requested the seller to mention as gift, all of them without exception have shipped my items as gift. So you are the first one who has not. So I would have been more happy if I had the above flexibility. This would have helped me save a lot on shipping costs and no customs duty at all !!! I really hope this feedback is not meant for nothing, and my comments will be considered. Regards Mitra
