Purchased a pair of boots a year ago then purchased another pair 2 weeks ago of the same size but they are half a size smaller. They will not accept a return / refund as they altered the heel size at my request which I paid for. So I now have a £200 pair of boots that don’t fit me so I’m seeking legal action. Avoid this company, they are very quick to take your money but when problems arise they do not take ownership and nothing is stated in their terms regarding size differences so they are in breech of consumer rights.
