Asked for a quote for a trade a price on 33 pairs of wellies. They took a week to get back to me, which in that time another company had already replied and we decided to go with them instead of Shuperb. i did have to buy a further 4 wellies which we decided to buy from shuperb due to the wide calf factor. i had ordered 2 x size 8's a size 11 and a size 14. i had an email to say my order had been shipped but then i got a confusing email from Customer services to say the 14 is OOS so i said a size 13 would work (i could see there was some in stock) because no one had picked up my email to say size 13 would be OK, that particular pair of wellies went out on someone else's order. stock replenishment wasn't going to happen until September. so i then had to go else where to get another pair of wellies. it turned out to be more hassle than what the wellies were worth as they were uncomfortable and rubbed in places.
