I paid for next day delivery £12 and they arrived today more than a week late. I did chase the delivery last week. I wanted a refund for the extra charge for postage I had paid. I called the company this week when the boots (v nice hush puppies) finally arrived. Sonel the person who answered the phone was excellent. She remembered my case from last week and immediately arranged for a refund. So I have updated my review from negative to positive. Thanks to Sonel’s excellent help!
