Ordered shoes on 3 Dec as Xmas pressie. Arrived same week - marvellous. [Updated] Didn't fit so returned them for exchange. They've had them for 9 days and haven't processed the return yet and refuse to until someone in returns scans them in. Called yesterday and they sounded blunt and showed now sign of apology or understanding. Sounds like front line staff have been dumped into a rubbish situation with poor process. [Update] The customer service teams pulled it out of the bag and got the follow up delivery in time for Xmas. Bravo to the team.
