Ordered Sketchers shoes for work. The wrong size was sent. Returned and requested a refund.
Received at their company 4/1/24, processed on 9/1/24. Still awaiting refund on 23/1/24, despite emails to enquire why the refund is so slow.
Definitely won’t use again. Slow and inefficient service even after the size error on their part.
