I telephoned Desertboots.com & spoke to a female agent named Misbah who took my order for me. She was very professional, friendly, polite & helpful. The boots were delivered by Royal Mail on time & safely. Unfortunately they were a little too tight so I called Shuperb & again spoke to Misbah who arranged the free collection by Royal Mail which occurred swiftly. A few days later & spoke to Sonal (female) who was likewise friendly, helpful & professional & informed me the size 11 boots would be delivered within 2 days which they were again safely by Royal Mail. The standard of service from these ladies & Shuperb ( also Royal Mail) was exemplary. It was a pleasure to be able to speak to a human being on the phone & complete my order promptly. The returns proceedure was impressive & I wish other companies were as easy, competant & professional as Desertboots.com/Shuperb. Many thanks for yor assistance. Richard Green.
