I had to chase for my order as to when they would ideally be picked and delivered as I received no information on this on my email confirmation upon purchasing. When I telephoned Shuberp I was informed that they had closed for Xmas hence the delay in any email and delivery confirmations and I was told that it was the first week they had come back to the office.
In addition to the above my confirmation order email did not give me a customer service telephone number to contact so I had to search this online and find a telephone number to track my order.
I paid through PayPal and it was very confusing that a different company name came up when my payment confirmation was confirmed, which worried me slightly thinking it may not be a genuine site.
When the boots finally arrived all was normal however the boots did not have the DR Marten print on them on the top part of the boot imprinted on the leather as they were displayed in the picture online. Because the display item online looked the way it did that it was my daughter ordered them from your company thinking that this is what they would like when they arrived otherwise she would have ordered them from somewhere else. She was disappointed when the boots arrived that it did not show the DR Marten imprint at the top of the leather boot.
