I was very unhappy with your customer services dept because I had to ring up to chase my order after 3 days, the first person I spoke to said he would ring me back with a reason for late delivery but failed to do so, the second person was much more helpful, he explained that the goods you were supplying to me were not up to standard and new ones had to be ordered from the manufacturer,why no email to explain this. your products are good that is why I came back a second time, someone should investigate the customer services dept.
