I am learning so much about glucose Levels, healthy foods, and why I have been overweight for so long. I am enjoying using the program . It feels very different than other programs. I have used to try to lose weight. I like that it is a healthy alternative to using medication’s. I would say the one tricky thing about Signos is getting used to logging everything. It’s so easy to check your glucose levels, but I do find that logging. The food can take some getting used to and navigating through the app can be a little tricky as well. What might be helpful for people to know that there will be lessons and activities that will answer The many questions that people may have about what now? What do I eat? How does this all work? I think I would have known that the activities would teach me as I go. I wouldn’t have been so anxious in the beginning and feel like I wasn’t doing things right other than that I haven’t lost weight, but I can tell that my clothing fits a little looser and I’m able to stick to a higher protein and healthy fats diet, it’s very easy to put the CGM on your arm. The waterproof covers tend to start to peel before it’s time to change your CGM if they were just a little bit stick or wider perhaps that wouldn’t happen. Other than that I would recommend and it was helpful to have it discounted because my healthcare will not cover a CGM because I am not diabetic, because my chiropractor suggested I use a cgm. I am prediabetic, and as I started looking into what that actually meant, it made sense to me to go this route rather than Turning to weight loss shots, which I don’t think my healthcare provider would have given me anyways. I did look into several different programs that offer this service and Signos Have the best price. I am glad that I am fortunate enough to be able to pay out of pocket for this, but it is very sad that our healthcare system won’t allow pre-diabetics this type of monitoring covered under their insurance plan. So I am thankful that Signos has made this possible for me to try thank you very much.
