I mistakenly ordered the wrong size banner and noticed it in my confirmation email. I immediately called and emailed. I got an email response within 10 minutes that they rec'd correspondence. My phone call took a little longer. I waited for 15 minutes on hold and then allowed them to keep my place in line and have then call me. About thirty minutes later they called me back,. They allowed me to cancel my order and replace it with the correct size. I was very happy they were SO accommodating when I made the mistake.
