Ok. Here it it is. My one and only Daughter’s Bridal Shower was August 29th. I ordered an outfit at a cost of $329. They were late in Delivery (over 3 weeks), a, failing supply chain from China. Worried, I then spent $845, ordering another trousseau outfit from Natori to get it in time for the Party and Guess what? It arrived within 3 Days!! I went through the process of back and forth, requesting reimbursement with SilkSilky, for over 2 months. All they kept submitting was the Tracking Number, which was the first the first thing I checked. Never signed for, but perhaps delivered. This has been VERY STRESSFUL. Be very wary of NINA and AIMEE, their very WEAK Customer service GROUP. They continually send in my ASK the Tracking #, which I had but NEVER SIGNED FOR The Produce. Finally, my last Communication with Nina, she proposed us sharing the cost for this debacle. Asked for $117, if I would submit my PayPal Account Number, pass word and she would pass it on to to Staff to facilite the reimbursement !😳 I kid you not. Needless to say, I wanted NO Part of this. Lost my $, but learned a Lesson, not do business in a supply chain that includes China. Always late and always Dissappointing. This Company seems to j Peace☮️
