The customer service on this site is terrible! The sizing is inconsistent, so I ended up having to return 2 of the 3 items I purchased, and oh boy did I have to work for it! It took so many back and forth emails for them to even give me the details to return (and they take usually 2 business days for a response so it was incredibly frustrating when they’d finally come back and say, did you just want to keep the item instead?). Then when I finally received the details and returned them, it again took soo many back and forth emails for them to find my return. Once they had, they said it would be 3-7 business days for my refund. I didn’t get one for 10 business days. The quality of their items is good, but I feel there would be so many better places with similar prices to purchase from that wouldn’t be so poor and dodgy with their apparent willingness to refund if needed.
