Silksilky is terrible. I received a pair of their pajamas for my birthday this weekend. I weigh 163 lbs and am 5’10. The XL is too tight across the chest and the waistband even though the size guide suggests that a large would fit. I asked customer service to allow me to exchange for a different, looser style and I was willing to pay any difference. They wouldn’t honor my request even though the gift insert says they will help process the exchange because the gift giver allegedly bought the pajamas more than 30 days ago. Obviously this is not something I have control over and it doesn’t matter because they are still selling the exact same in-stock item. What a waste of money and honestly between the sizing issue, pricing and customer service, the company feels like a scam.
