Awful company. They do not provide free returns. I bought my wife silk pajamas for Christmas. The bottoms did not fit. I asked the company for an exchange. They gave me two options pay for another pair of bottoms or pay for pay to return the item. I chose the latter because the first was ridiculous. I sent the package by recorded delivery and it was lost in the post. The post office will not cover the cost of the goods and only paid a tiny amount of compensation. I notified SilkySilk and rather than reimburse me as a matter of goodwill they offered a 20% discount on future items. Shocking, they do not put the customer first.
