If I could give a 0 review I would. The item took over two weeks to arrive. The day after I received the product, I tried to return the unused item. It has been almost two months , 20 emails, sending in a video of the item and still no refund or address to send it. They offered half money back and to keep the product. I don't want the product and want my full refund as the policy stated was available . This company is a scam. The bonnet isn't even silk. Do not buy this product!!
