I purchased the dragon earring and cuff, intending it to be for the left ear. I made the mistake of ordering the right instead. I contacted their customer service and received a reply within the next day! The CS agent sent me a free shipping label so I can exchange for the intended ear. However a week later the cuff I received didn't match the description. The metal was tarnished and the metal stud had snapped off perhaps during shipping. I contacted customer service again and they were quick to resolve the issue I've never left a review for a business before, but despite some bumps, I'm very happy with my purchase and the company's high level of customer service and awareness. I've not met any other company that's done so well to address the concerns of its customers. I look forward to making future purchases from them.
