YES, I absolutely love all of my pieces from this company but what this review is for is the EXCELLENT customer service they have given me. I just want to say thank you for replacing my lock bracelet when i had troubles with it. You did not make it difficult and ask me to ship you anything or question me about my returns. You were kind, helpful, and made the process STRESS FREE. I get tons of compliments on my jewelry and I am always happy to name drop Silver Phantom. I am an employee with Nordstrom and have been for years and I can confidently say the customer service is on the same level! I will continue to shop from here for that fact alone.
