Simba Sleep: A Nightmare From Start to Finish! I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the absolutely abysmal service I have received from Simba Sleep. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I ordered a bed frame, paying extra for their so-called "VIP delivery" which promised hassle-free delivery and in-home assembly, which has turned out to be a nightmare. Broken on Delivery (First Attempt): The initial delivery date was missed, with no explanation until hours later (9:30pm at night) when I was informed the bed frame was broken at the warehouse. So instead of letting me know, they left me waiting in all day for a bed that was never coming. To make it worse, they couldn't offer me an immediate replacement because it was close to Christmas and the factory was closed. So I had to wait for a new one from the factory (over a month). Or so I was told. So, gets another delivery date - for today 17th Jan, waited all day again, to then get a call at 6:30pm to be told the bed is broken and they cant give me it. Broken again? Or the same one? This is unacceptable. I have now spent two months waiting for a bed frame, with two failed delivery attempts due to broken products, although I reckon they never even built a new one, they just tried to send the broken one again. The lack of communication and customer care has been appalling. I messaged their live chat at 4:30pm and was told if it didn't come by 6pm, to come back on the live chat and speak to them about it as they are open until 8pm. Which was also a lie because they closed at 5pm. They obviously just don't want to deal with it. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Simba Sleep to reconsider. Their customer service is non-existent, and their bed frames appear to be of extremely poor quality. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
