I had to pay 20euro in customs to receive my order, which I don't really mind but other outlets you don't have to pay this. what was a disgrace was that the boots I ordered stank of fish, the smell was extremely intense and spread to everything the shoes touched. I don't think they should have sent the shoes in such condition and when I went to return them I paid 13 euro postage and just got a message saying I need to pay 35 euro in customs. they sent me shoes that stank and I am now at a loss for it, don't send the shoes if they aren't up to standard, they seriously need to review their quality control process.
