Two of the three bottles of sauce I purchased arrived broken and it was a mess. Sauce all over the outside and inside of the packaging. I was very surprised you would ship glass in an envelope rather than an insulated fedex bag. However, when I contacted you, my concern was immediate responded to and you issued me a full credit which I was happy about. I would consider buying from your company again on the future.
