I've been a consumer from them for about 18 months. Their shipping has been very safe in cardboard branded boxes. I haven't had major issues with the time it takes for shipments to arrive. Usually takes about a week, and you can combine extra purchases with your subscription order to save on shipping cost if you are part of the subscription.
