I had no problems with this service until the last time they tried to refill my prescription. They reported I needed to complete the annual review in order for my prescriptions to be updated and once I completed it they informed me that I would have a copay with my insurance and that if I were to pay out of pocket they would give me my prescription for $5 less. My prescription has always been covered under my insurance with a $0 copay. After multiple messages back and forth (as they told me that was the only form of communication available when I asked for a customer service number to call) they informed I would have to reach out to my insurance company myself to inquire about this supposed change. My insurance company informed me that my prescription is covered and there had been no contact from the SimplaHealth regarding refilling my prescription or about a copay. After receiving the information, I messaged SimeHealth back informing them of the information my insurance company relayed to me. I received not a single message in response but a few days later an email was sent to inform me that my prescription had been shipped. This experience makes me feel like the company was trying to scam me and did not provide any excuse for the mix up to justify their actions. Should I not needed my prescription that time I would have cancelled my account and found a new provider.
