I just started a new pack of this birth control about a week ago so I've officially been using it for a month. This was my first time using birth control. I was scared it was going to make my anxiety worsen. However, for me it actually helped to make my mood more stable. I started taking it to regulate my period and reduce the pain I would feel. Right on schedule it showed up and there were hardly any cramps. The only thing I would say it that at the start of the birth control, I was very fatigued but that was it.
