I love this service so much, it's so convenient and the customer service is awesome. It also saves me a bit of money per year by taking away the cost of a doctor's visit to renew my prescription. I will definitely continue using this service for the foreseeable future. The only reason I haven't put 5 stars is that there are two areas I think could use some improvement: 1. Promoted medicine isn't checked for compatibility with your current prescriptions before it's recommended to you by the app/website. Ex: Ella was offered free with my insurance as an emergency contraceptive, and I ordered thinking it's always good to have one in the cabinet just in case. Thank goodness I read the paper in the medicine when it arrived- if I had taken it as an emergency contraceptive it would have reacted with my regular birth control and made both medicines less effective which would have raised the risk of pregnancy. 2. It takes longer than a normal doctor/pharmacy to replace a pack of forgotten pills. I forgot to bring a new pack on vacation (my bad), and it took about 2 weeks for the new pack to get to the hotel, at which point we were already gone. This is totally understandable as it takes time to mail to you, but can result in a lapse. It would be lovely if SimpleHealth could work out a way that prescriptions could be picked up at a regular pharmacy in case of emergency or being out of town.
