Signing up was easy, and I liked that I could choose the type I was already on. When the generic I normally take was out of stock, I really appreciated the high-touch customer service I received to inform me of my options. I felt supported throughout the process. At this point in my life, I manage everything I can through online services. Because of this, good (and effective) customer service always stands out to me. This is especially impactful when it comes to healthcare, as there is an inherent urgency to the process.
