Overall, I've been happy with the service. However, in December, I received a notice to renew my prescription, but my shipment should not have gone out for several weeks. When I renewed, they automatically sent my prescription out. As soon as I received the notice, I contact customer service and was told that the order would not go out until my next scheduled. It went out anyway, and charged my bank card. I am on a fixed income, and this really threw my budget for a loop. Updating a prescription should NOT force a new order to go out when the customer is on a scheduled order plan. And when customer service says they will do something, they should do it.
