Okay. I am now on my second month with simple health. Signing up and getting started and getting my birth control was easy. Very simple process. I do like you can text to be able to contact someone with questions/concerns. I do not like that there is no phone number to contact someone directly. It also takes 3 days or so to hear back. Yesterday I just received my second pack of pills that left me without birth control for a week because my pulse were put on shipping delay. I know this is something to do with USPS shipping but maybe it could had been shipping another way. A week without pills is a week for a potential pregnancy and bleeding. I am taking my current pills to stop periods so it kinda defeats the purpose and making things easier than going to a office.
