There was a small problem with the height adjusting screw knob on the walker but this was dealt with and rectified very rapidly and sensibly by Simplelife Mobility. I was worried that this may turn out to a major problem but thanks to their prompt attention Simplelife Mobility made this a pleasurable shopping experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
