I understand that SML contracts out for services but the individuals who did our move banged up walls, left marks on the carpet, left items in the back of the moving truck, and also threw their garbage in the back of the moving truck before closing it and saying they were finished. Oh, and did I mention that they were also very late in arriving? Multiple excuses were used. Very disappointed. I would never use this service again.
