I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the loading crew; I have only the highest praise for them. I explained the fragile nature of my goods, and they were consistently careful and diligent in the handling of everything. The goods filled only half of the truck, but the crew was careful and inventive in both arranging everything and tying it all down to prevent movement during transit; and in fact there was no shifting of the cargo during the 2400 miles that I drove the truck from California to Tennessee. Finally, they completed the job in just 2-1/2 hours, which was about half the time that I had estimated that it would take. Throughout the process, they were friendly, courteous, careful and considerate of my needs. I am very pleased with my decision to engage the SML crew; they were a credit to your company.
