Brian and his assistant were great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were kind, helpful, and worked very hard. I'm not sure but I think I overheard one of them say that they would only make $30 for two hours of work??? I hope this isn't the case, especially since I paid close to $450 for the move. I don't mind paying the money, because the service was outstanding, I just hope it's being fairly distributed. Can you please be a little more transparent about this? I've written books about the service industry and I take these things very seriously. Thank you.
