My print arrived very quickly. But the box it was in was damaged,the top ripped open holes in the side of the box, despite having fragile tape wrapped around the package.
Upon removing the one layer of bubble wrap we found that the print had been dented and the canvas stretched.
I have emailed Simply Canvas about this ,and as of yet have not heard anything back from them. 1day after sending . Hopefully they will reply and sort my problem out quickly and smoothly.
