Problems crop up from time to time for every company, but I'm always less worried about the problem than how the problem is dealt with. My canvas looked exceptional when it arrived but unfortunately the varnish sealant could not have been applied correctly as some ink rubbed off. It was a large print so not cheap, but when i explained the issue to customer services there was no quibbling, just a promise to send a new canvas ASAP. ASAP turned out to be the next day and the new canvas is perfect. It really does make the room. (I'd definitely recommend the large panoramic Arcitect's Dream Blue).
