I originally bought this for my beloved dog to help with her arthritis, but sadly I lost her before it had time to help. So I started taking it myself for rheumatoid arthritis and also giving it to my other very anxious dog. I can honestly say that it has really helped, my arthritis is a lot less frequent and painful and my dog is a lot less anxious. I have been recommending it to all my friends
