I'm a strings teacher and made an appointment with SFS for my shy, early-intermediate, adult student to purchase a new cello - her very first 'proper' cello. Nick was perfect to help her! My student was quite nervous, and although Nick is new to the SFS, he was gentle and accommodating to both of our requests and questions. There was no pushiness from any of the team members and my student is rapt with her new cello and bow. We entered with the goal of her purchasing the cello that would be her 'lifetime instrument' and that's exactly what she left with.
