I feel very grateful for the expert help received from Josh at Simply for Strings yesterday. I took my violin in with concerns about my bow and the poor sound quality I was experiencing when playing my violin. Josh was able to diagnose the problem and taught me how to clear excess resin build up from my bow with great tips for ongoing maintenance. He also recommended some great new strings to help me achieve the type of sound I am wanting to achieve, and he put the new strings on the my violin for me. I certainly wasn’t expecting this high level of service and am delighted that my violin is now sounding so much better. Thank you Josh.
