I would like to thank the Simply for Strings team publicly, particularly Michael, Danny and Mel, for the excellent service I received during my recent visit to Brisbane with my cello. The whole experience was magnificent, with my cello coming away sounding so very much better than when he went in for his 'check-up'. New bridge, new nut, resetting of the tail-piece, strings now properly aligned, simple solution (combining as a mute) for a wolf tone, advice on strings (through the 'String Library') for next time I need new ones, plus fun browsing through cello music leading to a few purchases (for the future). I hate most 'shopping', but this was actually a real treat, well worth a special trip to Brisbane from Hervey Bay. Many thanks to all...
