Amazing store and even better staff, when I called up to get a price to re string a violin I was greeted by Sophia, I explained to her that I was buying a second hand violin and she gave me an absolutely great insight into what I needed to look out for and what things were important to be in good condition otherwise it would simply not be worth it. After purchasing the violin I went in store and was helped to re string by another awesome chic whose name I did not catch, she did the re string for me and held a very good insightful conversation with me while she did her thing, she then gave my violin a quick polish and sold me everything I needed to be on my way. 5 stars all around
