Ordering and despatch of paving slabs was very professional. And there Professionalism stops ! Each slab had stains and marks. I have been trying for three weeks to get someone to advise me how to clean and remove these stains. 'Simply paving" have been next to useless they haven't a clue. They do not have any technicians within the Company and referred me to the manufacturer (Bradstone) this after 2 weeks of ineffective and unprofessional communication. 'Simply Paving' are a storage and despatch centre only and have no idea how to deal with complaints. Im sure they provide decent products but beware if you have reason to complain.
