first time using this service and had read a few reviews which encouraged me to choose simply removals. The phone call was quick and painless the customer service was extremely clear and helpful and asked key questions which further provided me with the confidence to continue. The two guys showed up right on time and were extremely friendly and professional ensuring they carried our furniture carefully and considerably out of our flat. they took great care ensuring no damage to the item and the walls lights fixtures etc... were left intact. Unloading was just as efficient with them doing it incredibly quickly as loading which I was extremely happy about as this did not exceed the two-hour prepayment i had in place with them. i actually called their office to let their office team that afternoon how great the guys were! outstanding and professional, highly recommend.
