Removal went relatively smoothly, but be aware of small print and hidden fees.
Customer services (mainly accounts team) were not particularly helpful afterwards.
Told them we were getting keys to new house til after 2pm they showed up at new place at 11am, and i was charged waiting time - wasn't happy, told customer services who weren't interested and took money from my holding account
