Ordered expensive drysuit socks and payed for express delivery, delivery arrived on time, but was the wrong item (a cheaper one too) packaging had been opened so quite possibly a previously returned item.
Called and the automated message told me there was 25 people ahead of me
Got them on online chat eventually, explained the issue and sent photos, they then replied asking was the issue that I'd got the wrong size!
Correct item wont be sent until the item they sent in error is returned
Terrible customer service would never dream of buying anything from them again
