Appalling. Bought seac drysuit for ~£600 which started falling apart and leaking after 2 dives. Returned faulty suit over 3 weeks ago (within 30 days of purchase) and have had to email sometimes twice a day to get updates. When they have bothered to respond to emails, I've have been fobbed off with excuses like "the supplier wants to repair but we don't think this is satisfactory", then, when I pointed out my contract is with them not their supplier they said they have to send suit back to Italy as they use them as 3rd party inspectors!! Absolutely ridiculous - even a non-diver could look at the suit and see it's faulty AND they have already conceded a repair is not satisfactory, so THEY KNOW THERE IS A FAULT. Emails now being ignored and still no refund. Utterly peed off with the amount of TIME spent, STRESS caused and additional COSTS incurred pursuing this. It looks like the only way I'm going to get refunded is by taking them to court.
DO NOT BUY FROM SIMPLY SCUBA IF YOU WANT A REFUND FOR FAULTY GOODS
