I ordered shutters for two windows from Simply Shutters. The individual who measured them did not take correct measurements and when they were installed there was a huge gap on both the top and bottom. I contacted Simply Shutters - they immediately reordered the correct size for me. Dawn is amazing at keeping their clients updated in an extremely difficult environment because of the supply issues on products from China.
