I am a previous customer that had my entire home done and referred several more. I know there was issues with the wrong shutter being order and I took it in stride and allowed the company and Dawn to make it right. Unfortunately with long lead time it could get frustrating. I have to say the still did and excellent job with installation and clean up. I would give them all in all 5 stars. I have just moved out of the area that they service and was sadden to know I Reluctantly had to go with another company.
