I was made commitments by the sales rep. which were included in writing on the original invoice. When the installers showed up, they did not have all the materials to complete the job. The sales mgr phoned me, asked for me to remit full payment with a commitment that he would have the job completed for me at a later date. I agreed to make full payment upon being given the commitment that they would come out and complete the job. However, after many attempts by email, text and phone, I received a response that and they would not be completing the job. Although I had everything in writing, I was not able to have any effect on the outcome. Very disappointed all the way around. Wouldn't be surprised if they delete this from the website.
